The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s Human Resources Department (under the Office of the CAO) provides a variety of services in support of Town employees.  The Town currently employs approximately 80 full-time permanent employees and recruits contract employees based on seasonal requirements.

The Human Resources Department is responsible for Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Health & Safety, Training, and the Recruitment & Selection of new employees. The Human Resources Department provides assistance to all Town departments on Human Resources matters.
