1.1 that the Council of the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake receives the recommended final draft of "Toward a Vision for the Old Town" dated July 16, 2009; and

1.2 that "Part B, A Vision for the Old Town" a portion of the report "Toward a Vision for the Old Town" be used as a guide for future policy development for the Old Town, and that Council is not endorsing every strategy but will prioritize accordingly; and

1.3 that staff and consultants commence the Dock Area Secondary Planning Process using "The Vision for the Old Town" as its basis; and

1.4 that any budget implications arising from "The Vision for the Old Town" be considered during the Town's annual operating and capital budgeting processes.
