Recruitment for Volunteer Firefighters

Find out how you can serve your community as a respected and highly trained professional. Applications are available weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. within the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake Fire & Emergency Services Administration Office, located at 1593 Four Mile Creek Road, Virgil.

Applicants will be required to be residents of the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, and will be required to meet minimum fitness and medical requirements. Successful applicants will also be required to attend and complete a recruit training program, prior to being appointed as a Volunteer Firefighter.
