Online Service Requests & Complaints


Providing excellent, corporate-wide service is Staff's primary goal. Please complete one of the forms below to inform Staff of your service need(s). 

COVID-19 Complaints
Community members looking to report contraventions of Emergency Orders are asked to email covidcomplaints@notl.com. After-hours complaints or urgent issues can be reported by calling the Niagara Regional Police Service’s non-emergency line at 905-688-4111.

Mailing Address Change
Property owners can change their mailing addresses by completing a simple online form.

Short Term Rental Compliance
Use the Town’s new Host Compliance Program to report an issue regarding a Short Term Rental operation in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Representatives from this program are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Street Light Outages
Report street light outages and problems using the Town’s Street Light Outage map application. Street light repairs will typically be done within 30 days, weather permitting. More complex issues, including short circuits or underground wire faults, may take longer to repair.
