Upon submission, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which can be used when requesting an update. Your information will be received by the Town’s Customer Service staff during business hours, and requests will be assigned to the appropriate department staff and responded to accordingly.  Please note, depending on the nature of the request, the response time may vary.

If you have multiple requests, please submit one request per issue to ensure your concerns are forwarded to the correct department(s) for review.
